It's not coincidence that Trotz gets the Head Coaching job there and Holtby's posts career numbers. At times over his career he's looked very good and at other times he's looked like a complete mess. I'm sorry, but that's not a goalie worth $8 mil a year right now.

Put up a few more years with those kind of numbers and then maybe.
