Yeah IDK. I worded the last post wrong. Most GM's have a system outlined for what they want as far as their team goes of course. I meant Lou's whole "team first" mentality. Someone like Kovalchuck even bought into it albeit temporarily.

No doubt Lou can make better than average player decisions but he I am not sure about his changing the culture/style of play for that team. NOt immediately, at least.
