Well nobody will ever be as right as you, because you say so.

I don't get it.

I say "Here are stats that show I am correct. Show me something that proves otherwise." and all I get back is "YOU'RE WRONG!"

Yet you choose to ignore the stats that show otherwise. There are stats showing Sutter is a premier shutdown C, that simple stat that says 21 goals vs 13. Regardless, your opinion is well printed all over the internet.

That same opinion that said you don't really miss anything from the Staal trade when you could have had him for free. Both Pouliot and Dumoulin would likely be in your top 6 D opening day.

They're trying to replace what they lost with Kesler and thinking that they're getting a younger less developed / less talented version of him in Sutter

Oldie.

He shouldn't even be a #1 on Carolina, but it is what it is.

As a guy who lived on the west coast for years I find the hockey market is a little different. It can be insane, but if the team is out of contention early there's just too much competition for the entertainment dollar. Most of it takes place outdoors like skiing, golf, sailing etc. Don't forget, the flowers are in full bloom there in March.

He was making 925k + bonuses, like all top rookies. No guarantee he made 3M+

Yeah it's quite different. It's not a traditional hockey market like the rest of Canada. It rarely drops below zero there.

To make a point the area's growing season is 100 days longer than anywhere else in Canada.
