I remember him before than trade for Langston. I loved watching him pitch, despite how erratic he was. I often wondered how terrifying it would be to stand in that box facing him.

with the ice time he gets and who he gets it with, his offensive totals are not impressive in the least. and he is appallingly useless in the playoffs. that said, it's not his fault that the team calls his number. no one hates him. he's an honest player who makes the most of his talent. but he represents the organization's biggest failing of the Cup drought era.
