Is there any other owner out there that has both a NFL and NHL team in the same market?

I can't think of any. The only owner that comes to mind that has both types of franchise is Stanley Kroenke and his teams aren't in the same city (Denver, St. Louis).

Brandon has said in the past on WGR that he is a metallica fan and he would love to play more music like that, but he also knows he has to stick to what's popular now.

Just Stan the man for NHL and NFL, but its a weird sports empire. I believe there is some NFL rule that says you cant own other franchises unless its in the same market. So he transferred the Avs, Nuggets, Rapigs, and Mammoths to this son Josh. But he was able to keep the football Arsenal stuff under his own name since its not in direct competition.

If you really pay attention, that's the audience at the FNC. Girls ages 4 to 40 that like to dance to that music. When they play rock music in that place no ones responds. It gets weird.

Yeah, his son has "ownership" of everything that's outside of St.Louis due to the NFL rules.

Whatever happened w/ that rule, it was the best thing that happened to the Avs. When J Kroenke become President of the club, he actually opened the wallet for them and have been allowed to spend.

Before that, Stan didnt invest too much cash into the team, coaching staff, development, etc. He just cared about getting his LA stadium built and buying controlling interest in Arsenal FC
