She moved to Rochester in 98, so she's been through it (lots of snow, ice storms, etc). She doesn't want any part of that weather anymore.

Wrong. My dad lives in Austin and makes all the Buffalo favorites for his friends down there. It tastes exactly the same. If you know what you're doing, it's not actually that hard. Nothing that we make here in Buffalo is some sort of secret. It's not hard to drop a chicken wing in a fryer and then shake it in some hot sauce. The trick is to make sure you let them cook long enough to get it crispy and put seasoning in the hot sauce the way you like.

Roast beef isn't hard either. The part that makes it tricky out of town is the roll. But you can make your own by getting plain kaiser rolls and then adding the salt and carraway seeds.

As much as I like Buffalo hot dogs, if I couldn't have them anymore, it wouldn't bother me.

Chicken parm isn't hard. It's a breaded chicken breast with spaghetti sauce. Come on Jr.

And the pizza is just a matter of making sure the dough isn't too thick or thin. He's done it several times now. Like I said, none of it is really that difficult. It's just a matter of knowing what the tricks are.
