Not knocking Sahlens - I love them when I come up there, but the few times I've had some down here and grilled them, the bastards get all shrively and not all that good. It's so weird.

My father is a snowbird and he always takes a bunch down to Florida with him when he leaves Buffalo for the winter. I think he gets re-supplied during the winter too.

I went once and dint think it was all that great. I'd rather actually go to the restaurants and try them. Hard for a place to make their wings their way when they're being brought to them already cooked.
