Oh I know, but you highly underestimate that group. I had a friend who was in that society, lets just say the lengths they will go to just so crap is not torn down regardless of what the economic impact is, is amazing.

How about the land between South Park and Tift that runs along Abby st and the railroad tracks right on the Buffalo river(adjacent to Tift nature preserve) ?

Nashville just built one on the "waterfront"... I haven't been yet mostly because I'm not impressed with the line-up this year.
