He has the intangibles and a 15 goal season to warrant an increase, but if he's the 3C I'm not sure I pay it. Especially with the plight of the Canadian dollar, the cap might not go up as much, if at all.

It doesn't seem like Franson will be coming here and there aren't any D men worth a contract so we could see a trade for a d man by camp. I'm perfectly fine playing the kids this year. I think we'll see McCabe and Pysyk on the opening night roster.

Its growing on me, I think for a stadium series...its not the worst that has been produced (LA)

I think it will look a lot better once they numbers and shoulder patched are on it. Its always hard to tell when its just the flat colour render based on someones description of it.

It makes sense now that the Foot is gone and replaced by the C but I'm not sure I understand the marketing of a completely different brand, unless, GOD FORBID, they plan on flipping the team brand away from the A logo...which would be a huge, huge mistake IMO. I don't even like the C replacing the foot logo as the secondary. At all.

yeah I can't see them dropping the logo. I was bummed about the foot being replaced, but I think they are moving themselves away from the 90s look (mountain piping and the foot) to something a bit more stream lined.

They have a new 3rd coming this season too, so there is hope that looks stellar
