with the Islanders moving into Brooklyn and on the cusp of being a contender for many years, the Devils can't afford to take 4-5 years to become relevant again. They are really going to become the forgotten team around here.

Also, I don't know if you live in Jersey, but Devils will not be forgotten. People that don't live here have this weird outlook on the Devils. Hockey in NJ has skyrocketed since '95. I mean, its awesome. And with new ownership, new/fresh marketing, the Devils will be very relevant. They have sold out many games in the new place, so its not like people dont go. We gotta pay like $30 for parking, plus driving in traffic, get mugged at stop light in Newark, its happened. It sucks dude. But I digress...
