I just remember the whole documentary of him getting hit by McSorley, and then interviewing him wearing a white suit playing the piano during it. It was odd |

The rags list of 'end of the career' superstar acquisitions
is pretty insane:
Espo
Dionne
Lafluer
Gretzky
Lafontaine
Lindros - BobbySchmautz
Lafluer ended his career with Quebec |

I went to a preseason game after Brendl was drafted and sat there trying to figure out who this piece of garbage looking player was and it was him, scouting has come a long long way - KreiderBomb
I remember seeing Kovalev in a pre-season game (right before he returned to Russian), and I remember thinking that that guy was going to be dominant, hall of fame good. He had absolutely crazy puck skills. Very good moments and career with the Rangers, but it should have been so much better.

Have the Rangers ever had a better puck handler than Kovalev? Guy was phenomenal. Problem was he liked playing with the puck more than he liked shooting it.
Still love when Keenan made him stay out. |

In 87:37 so far, at the World Junior Camp, Brandon Halverson has allowed 6 goals on 55 shots.
He has a GAA of 4.11 and a save percentage of .891 through three games. Team USA Blue is 1-2-2 so far, scoring 9 goals and allowing 15.
Halverson said that being the backup last year has no bearing on his potential spot this year because it’s all new coaches, new players and a new year. He said that he wants to prove that he can be the starting goalie for Team USA. (NHL.com) |

Does anyone know if Gamecenter still blacks out Live Ranger Games in the lower NY area? Would love to get rid of Cablevision and just have Netflix/Hulu and Gamecenter. - xcheckmajor
not sure. i wonder if the new deal with MLBAM will affect any of that... i would love to just use their gamecenter app. |

Noted but it seems like other country's talent pools are a bit better, especially Canada's. |

Any other of our prospects in WJ camps? I'm guessing that Swedish 3rd rounder is. |

I have every intention of doing so. On Zucc, we all are flying blind on this one, as no real info, save for his charity game has come out. Would pure speculation on my part. - airjan23
Agreed.
He looked great in his charity game in Norway and nothing indicated he won't be a great ranger for years to come.
And with MSL missing in the locker room come October, Zuke's presence will be very important imo. Too bad no "A"s are awailable ...
