good point, but figure you'd get a conditional license for the 6months
I also bet they were all Canadians so losing the right to go into Canada wouldn't hurt |

They'll lose the right to come to the US though. That works both ways, in case you didn't know. |

I feel to be one you need to be top 6 starting goalie etc. That's why I liked the Moulson as ok now you have a good line with you go score.
Kane if he dosent put up 30 - hubie
I see your point but I just feel a whipping boy can be anybody on the team who will not give it their all on a consistent bases. I would have put Grigorenko in that category this year too, and I really like the kid. I just think it's a shame to be one of the so few who gets to play in this league and then take it for granted. |

Ah but think of this if Foligno wasn't your whipping boy the last 3 years why now all of a sudden? In all honesty he may have out played his talent but his name got him in the league and hes at his skill level of a 3rd line guy who dosent have much upside |

Yup. I'm sure. I know a few people that work for Customs. A friend of mine works in Alexandria Bay at the crossing and had to stop Dan Aykroyd for a while once because one of the guards on his bus had a DWI. |

The more I think about this Kane situation, the worse I feel.
Part of me hopes he didn't actually do it and this woman is just saying he did because she's looking for a handout of some sort.
But then the other part of me says that I hope to God she didn't just say he did because she wanted a hand out.
I may feel a bit differently being that I am a woman, but neither outcome is acceptable in society, yet it has to be one or the other.
It's a really, really sad situation. |

I picked up a kitchen shift today and funny enough I took a call from a reporter Dan Cahill from the Chicago Sun-Times around noon. He was calling all the bars in Evans and Hamburg trying to find the bar it happened at. |

You lost me when you said individual goal scoring, as if it's meaningless.
Brandon Sutter isn't someone who should be relied upon to make his Linemates better, he's a 3rd liner who can score some goals. - sbroads24
The third line is called the "checking line" for a reason. Meant to spell your star players while shutting down opposing teams top lines. Idk about you, but I would much rather have Sidney Crosby getting offensive zone starts to produce goals than make him play the defensive shifts because my third line center has below NHL level possession numbers.
Also you say that his job as a third line center is not to make his teammates better. I disagree. I think center is the most important position in hockey and has the greatest opportunity to improve ones line mates due to the position and the effect it has all over the ice (huge reason why we tanked the past two seasons). Sutter's most common (forward) line mates last season were STEVEDOWNIE and NICKSPALING. That's right. Sutter makes players like Steve Downie WORSE.
You said his goal scoring is the main justification for him being a decent player. That point is valid as he scores goals at an almost middling third line rate. You're right that is not bad for a third line player, however his assist numbers are pathetic and on the level of a fourth line player as well as his points/60 (despite his high goal total). Now you can say this is because he does not play with good line mates, which is fair, but the fact that guys like Steve Downie's possession numbers go down when playing with him means he still is not a very good hockey player.
If you think that points and goals in a season are the only thing that matters, then Ryan O'Reilly should not be our first line center as he "only" had 55 points in 82 games last season. |

My guess would be the police know what bar it was and have instructed the people at that bar to keep their mouths shut if people call inquiring if it was there or not.

All you need to do is get a letter from the judge saying you fulfilled all of your classes and fines that stemmed from your DWI case. You then need to go in front of a Magistrate present your info and pay a fine. You are then able to travel to and from Canada. The fines can sometimes be hefty though. |

I doubt Matt Beleskey has much more, if any impact on his Linemates than Sutter did. Beleskey played with some really good players.
Sutter played with the laughable bottom 6 that the Pens put together - sbroads24
Beleskey had a relatively neutral impact on possession and a positive impact on goals |

Actually I laughed and said yeah he doesn't hangout here. I'd check bars that are on the lake like Rats, Public House, Hoaks, Dock at the Bay, or the bars on the Chip strip.
Guy goes are you sure it didn't happen there? Yeah 1000% sure, I've never seen him here. |

The closest I get to wearing pajama pants in public are yoga pants. I've yet to hear a guy complain about a woman in yoga pants in public (unless of course she shouldn't be wearing yoga pants to begin with, if you get my drift). - HonkFortheGoose
Complain? Yoga pants are right up there with the fleshlight as best invention ever. |
