High School teams don't usually tank.

It is 2015. The death penalty being an option 7,000 years into modern human civilization blows my mind.

Life in prison is a much better torment for him anyway. Death is an easy way out, that way he doesn't have to suffer. In prison he can get his ass pounded and be miserable. Justice, if there is any.

But any death penalty ever is barbaric, and I cannot believe people are pro-death penalty still. It's just as disgusting as any other murder. Who has the right to take another human life? Because he did someone else should?

People always assume someone goes to prison and gets ass raped. That happens very seldom. High profile criminals like 'The Joker' are segregated from the general population most of the time. I do agree he will have a lot of time to suffer with what he did. If he has any conscience or soul to speak of.

You're absolutely right. I have worked in prisons, and you know what, they are worse for the guards and employees most of all. A person like homes will live out his days in in a seg pod unit. And if he is a naturally introverted person he will adapt fast, probably already has. He'll watch TV, read books, play cards, hit the gym, maybe take a few classes. He'll have his commissary, candy, snacks, other comforts. It's not as bad as you think when your talking about the punishment for a mass murder, and we have to foot the bill at at least 30,000 a year for a high-profile guy like him. He'll never get out and serves no value to anyone. He'll only be a drag on society when it comes to money and resources. A person like this should definitely be put down, and there is at least 20% of the prison population who are he same way and should be exterminated along with them.

Chicago fans: INNOCENT! Logic: The prosecutor and cops are out to get Kane (Somehow the people of Chicago are better versed on local law enforcement then we are. Maybe its based on experience).

Sabres fans: What defines rape anyway?

Sarcastic ex jocks from Buffalo: GUILTY! Logic: Because I played midgets against him and my parents told me I would make the NHL but instead I played Junior B for one year so I'm bitter and I enjoy watching this guy fail(I.E. too cool for school guys).

Then there is Goose who said things most of us wanted to say but didn't want to sound like we don't think rape is a big deal because its a huge deal. Was the girl after a payday? I got some information that the accusers dad is a bouncer at the bar the girl and Kane left from...something doesn't add up. But I will still say this...no means no.

Whether the woman was raped or not has nothing whatsoever to do with what type of person she is or her father is. They can be criminals, liars, cheats, etc...that doesn't mean a rape didn't occur.

Correct, but if people are quick to judge Kane based on his past it should go both ways here.

The facts will eventually come out, and like I said before no means no but there's something awfully fishy about this whole thing.

I have no clue what happened and don't really care to speculate but it brings up and interesting point. Should guys like Kane have video/security cameras all over their house to be able to defend themselves if there ever is a false accusation of something. What is worse, being accused or rape or being accused of being a massive pervert/creep. My guess is pervert.
