Not even arrested yet, investigation is on going. Things were removed from his home on sunday though, also mention that she is possibly not of age so it could get messy.

Thought they said the initial search was done the next morning? Hours after the incident took place? Thought i read unmarked cars and officers in plain clothes were there the morning after? I could be wrong. But if that is the case it def seems legit and not a money hungry attention seeker, they normally take months to say something when they want a payoff.

I ran the fraternal disciplinary committee in college and the one thing I always said is you are responsible if you put yourself in that position. Taking a girl home drunk is not a good position to be in. I don't care if both of you have been drinking you should no better.
