Perhaps someday the true marvel studios will get all their rights back. I doubt it though, when these people just keep throwing out these crappy versions just to maintain their licensing rights.

It's all speculation. Speculation of my own is that the fact that this girl hired a defense attorney of her own leads me to believe that Kane will file some sort of charges against her should he himself be charged.
