Fair warning, tickets for that game were sold out before they were even available to the general public and the resale prices for them are insane right now. - HonkFortheGoose
Too short of a visit to really venture anywhere. I barely had enough time to go get some webers mustard before I left. Hopefully I will get a chance this winter
yanks will miss the playoffs including wild card slots - homiedclown
Im a huge yankees fan, but i dont consider them "falling" becuase they were never suppose to be there in the first place. This year was full of a bunch of over achievers that were playing way above there level and i think they are just coming back down to reality now. Toronto is good. Scary good. As are the mets, and the pirates. Good to see those teams playing well after so much suck. Lol

My company has 8 season tickets - SabresFaninIndiana
That's good then, because tickets are a hot commodity right now. I'd like to go to a game at some point this year, but I'm not paying $100 a ticket to sit in the upper deck. F that.
I figure I'll wait and see how the season plays out. If they're not in playoff contention, the season ticket holders will start trying to just get rid of the extra tickets they bought, especially since it'll be cold out then as well.

I'm trying to get tickets for the New England game on the September 20th since it's my birthday the Friday before. Last I checked, Stubhub was at $118 for nosebleeds.

I figured the new look team would have a shot at the division, but im shocked how quickly it happened. - Sabresfan-365
This is far from over. The Jays will come back down to earth, and the Yankees will end up getting out of the funk that they are in. They were actually playing pretty good baseball up until that Toronto series. I still think Toronto will get in, and maybe even win the division, but let's be real here. They just won 10 in a row and are only a half a game up for the division with roughly a month and a half of baseball to play. They've also played 3 more games than just about every team with a shot of catching them.

Don't forget Baltimore. They close the season with a ton of home games, and would be in much better shape if they hadn't spent the entire month of July screwing the pooch.

Yeah, I included Baltimore in that last group. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Orioles overtake one of the Yankees or Blue Jays, or both of them.

Their pitching will for sure, particularly the bulllpen but I don't think the jays offence really has a "down to earth". It's why getting price was so key, it's the difference between them going on a skid and going on long losing streak when you can have him out there once every 4 or 5 games.

EJ Manuel's third throw careened off WR Tobais Palmer and was intercepted by Tony Steward. But they let him play on in 2-minute drill.

Manuel gets third team in 2-minute drill. Throws his first pass into the Bills' corporate hospitality tent.

If he makes the team, I would be shocked. He needs to sign somewhere else for both the team's good and his own.

What Rodak didn't mention is that there was a guy eating macaroni salad wearing a Sammy Watkins jersey in the hospitality tent, so EJ thought he was going to the hot read.

adding those arms in the bullpen goes a long way to making the jays a front runner instead of a bubble team
bullpen cost this team many games in the first 100
