Getting closer!! Well after some epic fishing over the past three weeks I've gotta head back to work for eight days, then off for another three weeks ...looking forward to the young stars tourney in Pentiction.

I wonder how many time Jake will put McDavid on his ass?

Knock him out of the game first shift first hit lmao.

Just kidding though. I'm actually looking forward to seeing him play us 5-6 times a season for the next 20 years. Rest of the world class talent is on the east coast.

Draft was rigged. Buttman gave him to the Oilers as a thank you to all the fans for putting up with that poop-show for nine years and to Katz for getting a new arena built

I agree it was rigged, but I don't think that it was to reward Edmonton. Bettman just hates McDavid.

She does a fantastic job. Absolutely killing it. Very consistent and fair. Doesn't bore us with over the top stat charts. Top Blogger on HB. That said... We need assets. If Benning has a deal in the works that makes this team better... Then so be it.

Speaking of flashbacks, Ehrhoff is still available... If the Canucks could sign him to a 1 year 1.5mil contract, should they? No idea of what the real cost would be, but it won't be an inflated figure, nobody has the cap space without making some moves if he is demanding more.

I am not sure how it all would shake out with who we have on the back end already, maybe risk losing Weber on waivers...

For a management group that says they want to make the playoffs, it should at least be considered. and then dismissed?

Speaking of flashbacks... Watch how soft he was in his own zone.

That was 4-5 years ago. No Thx.

Carole is a generational talent when it comes to HB, we should be building around her, not trading her away.

How is Kane doing with his endorsements?

Kane was never really tied to a product for years and years like Jared and puddin pops Cosby

For sure, I will concede he isn't the most physical dman we have had. Would rather he had stayed in Vancouver than seeing him leave for Buffalo, but that contract...

Disregarding the willingness of our dmen to go in the corners and stand next to guys in front of the net, we are soft at times in our own zone without Ehrhoff. I am sure he is not the same player that left Vancouver, but he still has value and can make a good first pass out of the zone.

Would instantly be our most offensive dman if he signed here. but it ain't happenin'.

We could trade our star blogger for Esplen a pick and a prospect. And a Mod.

This individual has a deep hatred for the canucks and their fans, not sure what his exalted team has achieved to give him this sense of entitlement, (maybe because they won the cup when there was only 5 other teams in competition).

But he is noticeably still being derogatory against the team, but is disguising his posts so he doesn't receive another ban.

Now i could be wrong in my assessment, but I'm betting I'm not.

Maybe Benning with his great negotiating skills could trade Carol for James Tanner and we could go full tank mode.
