He's been in commercials with Glazer, Ryan Howard, etc.... hasn't he? Indirectly he's involved with sports. |

I agree... I've never called a sub that. It's a philly/so. jersey thing. If you call a sub a hoagie anywhere else, it wouldn't make sense. |

Utley traded to the Dodgers. - PLindbergh31
If it's players of value that may actually contribute one day, then good.
If not, should have just rode out the season with him.
Unless he requested the trade. |

A sub is what you travel in when you go underwater in a boat.
A hoagie is a sandwich.
If you disagree, you're a communist homosexual Nazi Rangers fan. |

This ad on the jersey thing will be hilarious. Especially when the rich kids come crying about money the next lock-out.
Perhaps a little jaded, but I'd get a little bit of sick joy watching the league crumble.

Flyers name Brady Robinson as their goalie developmental coach, he worked with new goalie coach Kim Dillabaugh in the past and has worked with team Canada and in the WHL for the past 9 years. |

Have they had a Goaltender Coaching Department before? I don't recall them ever having more than one guy.

Little did some developmental work over the past couple years, but he also scouted. I think Robinson is solely doing coaching |

I said to my Dad a few months ago that Koufax couldn't have been better than Pedro Martinez circa 1997-2000, and he just laughed at me.
Everyone I know that has seen Koufax, say he's hands down the best pitcher they've ever seen. And by a wide margin. - PLindbergh31
of course he was the best ever. he's jewish. we're the best at everything, and own everything. don't you know that by now? |

Between Koufax, Shawn Green, and now Joc Pederson the Dodgers have always had a thing for us jews. |

I know I'm begging to be crapped on but after 14 momths of Ron Hextall becoming GM, what grade does he get? I'll be the first to say his drafting is great but I still view his signings as average and his trade as "Yet to be determinded". Del Zotto, Schultz, White and Bellemare isn't gonna start a bidding war. In terms of trades, we'll have to wait to see how Radko Gudas and Travis Konecny pan out. I'm just waiting on a trade that really is gonna take some balls to make, much like the Richards, Carter and Pronger deals if they can put us over the top.
I give him a B+ because of the drafting in patience but I think he should have tried to add by mid season last season to keep us in the playoff hunt. |
