What I meant is that he's versatile, can be moved up and down the line-up. If he gets traded and is properly used as a 2nd or 3rd line centre, he could still fill in on the top line in a pinch. He has tons of experience playing against other teams' best players. |

What is the actual worth to a team in need for a 2nd/3rd C?
Not to bring in the leafs history, but look at that Bolland trade from a few years back.
Bolland for 2nd (2013) 4th (2013) and 4th (2015)
If my memory does me right.
It's obvious hes not worth a 1st.... HOWEVER, the leafs are in the taking bad contract business. SO, does that mean the pick and/or prospect has less value if being sent wit ha bad contract? I'm not saying in any world do they get a 1st with a bad contract. But Recent history...aka Sutter deal, you never know what your going to get. (essential 2nds and a 6th if you strip it down to picks - no bad contracts) |

Bozak is not an upgrade on Berglund and if you think he is you don't watch the blues
