I know they keep telling themselves that, until their Wifi gets disconnected and they need to call in tech support. Then it's the guy with acne that has the power.

haha....yeah, you guys go with that pipe dream (or all five or six of them).

The Canucks are done and the cocky fans deserve the dose of reality much more than the players do.

It must be true. You're an expert on pipe dreams and cocky fans. Funny story though, the Oilers were supposed to be better last season and the Canucks were supposed to be terrible. Weird how one made the playoffs and the other picked first overall. Maybe let the season play out before you enlighten us with your expert opinion.

I won't cram an entire fan base under one umbrella, I hate when people do that. I probably personally know more Oiler fans than any other fan base outside of our own, and most are really cool and know and love their hockey.

Rainbow Pinwheel Cookies

The super easy method behind these cookies takes your sugar cookie game to a whole new level!!

INGREDIENTS
1 bag (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix, mixed per package directions
Liquid food coloring, as desired
Rainbow sprinkles, if desired
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
For rainbow pinwheels, divide dough evenly into five bowls, and color each with a different color liquid food coloring. (We used McCormick™ Neon shades in pink, green, blue and purple, as well as the yellow from the standard pack).
Roll each color dough into 14 grape-sized balls.
Combine a ball of each color and quickly roll into a larger ball. It will look like a little beachball.
Then roll that ball between your hands and the counter or cutting board until you have a cylinder about 6 inches long.
Starting from one end of the cylinder, roll the dough into a coil, twisting the cylinder as you go.
Roll edges of the cookie in sprinkles.
Repeat with remaining cookies.
Bake the cookies for 10 to 11 minutes, or until done (fully done middle with the barest touch of golden brown on the edges).

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but I don't see any pot in there, which seems an awful waste of a cookie.

Try living between Calgary and Edmonton and being a Nuck fan...Some of the Oiler/Flames fans aren't that bad but many are as bad or worse than Leafs fans...which I didn't think was possible. Mostly Oiler fans though. Now that their team is 'seemingly' better they will all come out of the woodwork...most with no understanding of the game whatsoever.

This would not be good...

Edler/Tanev

Franson/Hamhuis pairing wouldn't be bad if Franson could be acquired at a small fee.

Weber/Bartowski third pairing

Sbisa/Corrado in the press

one can dream right?

Everybody else has had a chance to screw up.

Bring Franson in and he can take some pressure of the other whipping boys.

Same with politics.
