Skinner could make the team that takes a chance on him look very smart. That being said, the Flyers are not in a position to be that team. They need to stay on the conservative path they're on. - Baxter27

Well, we are including Luke Schenn. He was a 5th overall draft pick, Skinner was a 7th. What more do they want?

Even with Luke as a sweetener to take on Vinny I think the Flyers can get more than a 4th. As far as what more it could be, I don't know. At least another pick.

They've been trying to give Vinny away for two summers now. Itd likely be a situation like Grossmann, where the other team's primary focus was getting Schenn & being willing to take on Lecavalier, like Arizona agreed to assume Pronger to get Grossmann for Gagner & a lower pick.
