Regarding this, if/when this happens I wonder what the NHL and the Blackhawks do with Kane then? Long suspension? I mean if he pleads it means he did something they just don't have the evidence to prosecute a felony, or they do and he is Patrick Kane. If it was me or many of us I bet we get charged with rape.

I don't see how they could if he was charged with something minor. I don't recall the NHL giving suspensions out for that kind of stuff. He would be neither charged nor convicted of a felony.

Oh, he is going to get suspended, it's just is a matter of how long. He also might end up going to treatment too for drinking since he seems to over indulge which tends to get him in trouble.

Edit: If he pleads guilty to anything he is going to get suspended I should say.
