I think he's done more than enough this year. Time to put the guys he's collected on the ice together and really see where there's holes that need to be filled. Yes, we all have an idea that they need a top 2 pair LH D, but until they get out on the ice, we don't know too much more than that.

Agreed, Murray has been busy this summer, lots of changes. We're looking at possibly 7 new faces in the lineup this year. Franson might be 8. With that many changes you don't need to offer any PTO's.

I'd like to see how McCabe does in camp. Lots of question marks on D. Not crazy about Lehner but let's see how he does.

I agree, in fact i find myself wondering if he did too much too soon. I'll give him this though, he's done a pretty good job in attempting to prevent this team from developing a losing culture.

Right, but he didn't necessarily have to do it so quickly and on those specific players. That's not to say they can't be good or even great but still something that gives me pause.
