In general, they're not. But you have no idea what happened so in a case like this, it's best to keep your mouth shut. You have no clue what that girl could have gone thru. I never understood the concept of a Pittsburgh salad. Nothing like taking something that would normally be pretty good for you and making it a complete disaster of a meal.

I guess in general people look to the salad menu for the healthier options. Yet in most restaurants these days, the salads can be some of the worst meals to order. I also may have an issue with it because I'm not the type that likes my food all mixed together.
