I'd hate to see Ruhwedel claimed. I liked that signing and I think he's a pretty solid guy back there. The rest wouldn't bother me.

I don't think they're going to get anything for Gorges, at least not in the near future because teams may be worried about whether or not his knee really is ready.

IMO they send Colaiacovo down as he's 32, been bouncing around the league for years, and has very little value to a team outside of maybe a depth move around deadline day.

If he/she doesn't show up enough times, the case gets thrown out.

I recognize that this is a point that riles some people, but I'll just drop it here again:
in NY the arresting officer has to show up because the officer is generally the witness who can identify the defendant as the driver of the vehicle while impaired.

We know ROR is the owner of the vehicle, and that he was impaired, but they found ROR and "THE OTHER PERSON" walking blocks away from the vehicle. I still haven't seen anything that says they have somebody who can identify ROR as the DRIVER.

EDIT: and the fact that they are still "reviewing photographs" makes me think they have no eyewitnesses and are hoping to find security camera images.
