It's some what difficult to project Buffallo's roster with so many changes but with no camp yet I see it something like this.

Kane, O'Reilly, Ennis.
Moulson, Eichel, Girgensons.
McGinn, Legwand, Gionta.
Foligno, O'Reilly, McCormick.
Deslauriers.

I don't have Reinhart in yet baring injuries or a trade so something has to give & both Ennis will play a position he hasn't really played yet as a RW having lots of NHL time as both a C & LW. Girgensons did play RW when he 1st entered the NHL but moved to C last season. All kinds of options & scenario's. Camp will help clarify the cloudy situation.

That's what I thought. Ennis has proven he can play any forward position. Which is good since we're currently thin at RW, especially in our top 6.

Thomas Vanek is a right wing, and the Wild have cap problems.

how do they have cap problems? They have over a million, almost 2m, in cap space, everyone signed to a 23 man roster? Plus as soon as they put old man backstrom on LTIR, they have him 3.4m cap hit to play with.

I understand part of Vanek's contract calls for him to get a vodka stipend. That will blow their remaining cap space by November 15.
