That wasn't part of the question.
You asked

Hecht was actually the least offensive of that whole experiment by a mile. - buffalofan19
he wasn't the worse and that is probably why he lasted the longest.. his faceoff ability was terrible though.
kotalik got a shot in there at one point i think

Kotalik was actually decent at faceoffs. His problem was that he really couldn't do anything else that the position required. |

And once teams figured out his shot he was rendered useless. |

Hecht
Kotalik
Mair
McArthur
Leino
I know I'm missing someone, but that list alone was grounds for firing a lot sooner than it happened. |

They played Gerbe and Kennedy at center.
How about

That's true I apologize but it seems that coaches try to sign oversea players before CHL players and I would like to know if he's the first player to be signed his draft year in the last 8 years |

He was good when he wanted to be that backhanded move was legendary
And it seems that every player that leaves the Sabres becomes like bums |

Without looking thru every defenseman draft and then looking up their contracts I have no idea.
I also don't have that much time on my hands. |

I keep going back and forth about this. In some ways, I think it would be beneficial for him to spend a little time there. But at the same time, I'd like to let him grow here. I'm going to wait until he gets some preseason time before I pick which one is better for him at this point. I need to see what he can do against other NHLers first. - HonkFortheGoose
We just went through three years of the Girgorenko Experience: that should have taught us, if nothing else, that if you take a young kid, and tell him he's very, very important to your future, but the behave like he doesn't really belong in the Show, that if blows his confidence and can screw up his game.
That's not an excuse to bring a kid up sooner than he's ready. That's an observation of the importance of being sure that the communication you're giving the kid is the same as the actions that stand behind those words.
I have no doubt that Murray will be alot better at brutal candor than Darcy ever was. |

Murray hated that he had to send him back to Jr last year. But he knew it was best for the kid. So my guess would be they'll do what they feel is actually right for him, no matter what they really would like to do with him. If that means sending him to Rochester, that's what'll happen. |

No like I was really surprised that roy became such a bum
I understand he was never going to be a number one center but he was a pretty solid number 2 |

Hasn't been the same since the quad injury. He's not as fast and that was a large part of what made him so effective. |

He's the best option we have for a top 6 RW in the first 3 months of the season while Ike gets ready to take over at 1C.
In January, ROR goes to top 6 wing, Eichel moves up to 1C, and Rhino moves into his natural position at 2C. |

I'm going to watch Lehner very closely. As he goes, the Sabres will go. |
