He looks like he hasn't slept much and he needs to do something about his receding hair line.

I've heard some interesting info that I told 89 the other day but these talks of monetary settlements are false and that Kane and company plan to fight this the whole way.

That was from second hand from someone who works at the courts that he was told by someone who works for the DA.

Does anybody know if any of the preseason games will be televised?

If true that's stupid, unless there's no interest in a settlement from the young lady's side.

If taken all the way, air dirty info and even if Kane wins he loses. Then she could still sue him in civil court and she only needs 50.1 percent of the evidence to get a conviction there. I'm no lawyer so I defer to Paul Cambria's judgement, but if Kane's ego is driving this then it's stupid.
