Ohhh, gotcha. I'd still prefer to see him kick ass for the Marlies with his future Leaf teammates Kapanen, Brown, Leipsic, Soshnikov, etc. and have them graduate to the Leafs as a group next year after the post Kessel culture of everybody working hard is firmly established. Nothing to lose.

The scandal broke last Friday after a report from the US Environmental Protection Agency that VW vehicles contained software that turns off emissions controls when driving normally and turns them on when the car is undergoing an emissions test.

The device allowed VW vehicles to pollute 10 to 40 times over the legal limit, according to the EPA.

Slide rule allies to guys signed to nhl deal (ie Donahguy, Dermott ect) that are returned to jrs. They doesn't count to 50 contract limit.

There is a game limit for waiver eligibility that prolongs him staying down but he still burns a year on his ELC, his pro contract is starting.
