Its always suspicious when the accusers lawyers have a press conference explaining their case, when you are trying to convict in public opinion instead of a court of law it smells of extortion.

I know babcock did say that if one of the young guys outplayed a a vet for a spot on the team that would give him ice time then the young guy would make it. he said tie goes to the vet. so IF (not saying he is or isn't) nylander plays into the top 6 then he will make the team.
