Something stinks fierce here goose. There's no way this makes it to a grand jury now unless there is anyway they can account of how that bag got there and what was in it. Even then it's going to be difficult to say he did it.

I stated that from the beginning let's wait until the facts come out. Well right now it doesn't look good for his accuser. Whose first name was said by her former attorney (but I've known for weeks).

If he fully gets exonerated I just hope he learns to keep himself out of trouble.

I'm sure it came out that its 100% false and he cant defend her knowing the whole thing is a setup.

Agreed. My roommate and I were just talking and someone she works with knows the accuser. She was told by this coworker that this girl is a bit of a "troublemaker."

I am just thankful that it looks like more and more that a young woman was not raped and just has some issues.

A female former prosecutor was on TV and explained that all rape kits are kept in boxes that are too big to fit in the envelope. The envelope may have contained a piece of clothing or was discarded. Each person that handles the envelope would have to initial and date it. That envelope didn't have any initials or dates.

The article I posted from CBS Chicago has her newly resigned lawyer saying that information that was given to him by her/her family yesterday wasn't the same as information given to him today by the County Investigators. So basically it sounds like she lied to him about something thus causing him to resign.

If this girl really went looking for a setup, which I do not want to victim sham, than I would not blame Kane if he sued her for deformation.

However this turns out, I just hope that a violent act against a woman was not made.

its terrible. Rape is no joke and its insulting to all me and women who have gone through such a tragedy. She really needs to be charged and taught a lesson if she did indeed lie about the whole thing just for money.
