Bartowski could have some potential to be a solid 4-5 guy. He can skate and move the puck fairly well too. Im sure its only a matter of time until he gets moved up. I think Corrado is better than Weber only problem is we then have no one with any PP skill they are all kind of solid Dmen and none have offensive flair if you will.

I agree with this but our depth is at center and thats why I didnt like the idea of paying Sutter a 3rd liner over 4 mill. I still like burrows and hamhuis game. We will miss Vrbatas scoring I dont think Virtanen is going to be the scorer Id hoped for but he shouldnt be all bad. Kinda pumped to see what Boeser does this year to be honest.

The next 2 years will be big with excluding the sedins, tanev and edler(now sutter) all other big contracts will be coming off the books and we have a couple young guys ready to play. Might be able to land a free agent or 2 if they are still refusing to rebuild.

I think he may have given him a handshake deal letting him know he would get a better deal next year with the cap space.

Most of Bennings deal were one year deals and less than 1 mil. This tells me he is targeting someone already.
