Not at all. NY would definitely be a better match-up. |

For sure. I'm just scared of them. Not that it should matter, but I find all the Jays v Yankees games could have gone either way. No Tex helps. Games against them (for the most part) are over if you're trailing by the end of the 7th |

Both would rather play each other than the Jays, I'm sure.
Jays won't see KC until the ALCS if they both make it. The ALDS will be vs. the Yanquis/Astros/Rangers/Angels/Twinkies. Of those four, I'm least worried about the Astros, especially since Keuchel would have started the wild card play-in game. |

For the most part on NYY, Tanaka and Miller worry me the most. Those guys can eat the Jays alive at times. |

by how many points? or do you mean their play in general? - zazzle
Their play in general.. I'm horrible at predicting where they finish cuz I had them in the playoffs the past 3 years. I can see them finishing anywhere from 8th to 11th this year so 77-88pts. Oh man, I'm gonna take a beating on this forum for this predictioin |

Yeah and Betances. And Bailey is pretty good. Anyway, the Jays are good and will have to best the other good teams in the league so it's no biggie. I do find guys like Arod, Headley and Beltran can be clutch at the most annoying time |

Oh yeah I agree. I'm just wary of NY still. Texas can also pose a problem. Especially bloody Gallardo. Any who, all teams are dangerous, thus making the playoffs |

I honestly think too much stock is being put into Babcocks "powers" out of the gate. I predict a finish of 28th. |

I like that the Jays can seem to pull clutch hits from the bottom of the order which will be HUGE for them. |

Jays are the fav's over them all but my fear is coming up against dominant pitching. I think the Yanks and 'Stros are the only teams that could possibly find that kind of pitching. |

This team won't be as bad as most think. But they'll still be bad. Your guess is as good as anyone elses! I predict an 8th last finish. |

97 points was the lowest total of any playoff team last year, 96 might not do it.
No way the Leafs even come close to that anyway. |

Yeah - Texas is the most concerning ALDS opponent in my estimation. They also picked up an ace (Hamels) and a bat or two at the deadline and have been almost as hot as the Jays since. Facing Hamels and Gallardo in a best of 5 is no cakewalk. |

I'm banking more on the players then the coach. Too many guys trying to prove something and earn a paycheque. They actually have something to prove. I see them getting out the gates quick and doing well, then being mediocre and then tumbling right out of contention into 11th-12th. But it wouldn't surprise if they did make it or come close |

Yeah. As much as all the hullabaloo surrounding the big three and Tulo is great, you gotta love Revere, Goins and Pillar |
