Now I'm going back many years but I used to play rugby in high school. At the time the level of coaching in that sport for high schoolers was terrible. Only schools in Ontario took it seriously.
I hope the Canadian association have improved national coaching standards since then.

I have no problem with hunting rifles but there is no need to make semi-automatic, automatic, and any handgun available to the general public in a civilized world.

He did improve, just hasn't improved enough to warrant making the NHL yet. Time will tell as always but wouldn't be shocked if we see him at some point this year.
