He walks around according to the Internet around 7% body fat. To put that in perspective at his height he could harbor almost 20% body fat and still have abs and look athletic. 7% is insanity for his height. At 255 his zero body weight would be 235 and if you take into account his height his lean body weight would be 195 so he has roughly 40 lbs of muscle to his build.
A natural bodybuilder could hope to in a 10 year time frame put on between 10-18 lbs of lean muscle. With good genetics.

Yes he is. And luckily he's on the backend of his career, although that is definitely a little sad as well. I definitely enjoy watching him, just not against the Flyers.

He scared me when he won The Cup. He hoisted it like it was a feather and was just swinging it about like a wild man. It was really cool, but I feared for the Cup's safety.

Due to a dispute over Kenny Chesney, the Nashville Predators terminate the contract of Shea Weber. The Flyers sign him to an 8-year deal at the NHL vet minimum salary. Shea Weber is crowned "King of Everything" and his sheer presence causes Sidney Crosby to retire due to health concerns. - jmatchett383
If the Devils don't want to pay the cameramen and commentators and production crew then no one is carrying it because no one is filming it.
Hmmm...even regular season? I've watched many regular season Flyers-Devils games on MSG and don't ever recall hearing the Flyers' broadcast team. - Scoob
I can't tell online who is carrying it. If I was home it would tell me on the roku. Odd that it isn't showing up in either market on the TV schedule. - mayorofangrytown
After that last game I think the powers that be have decided to cut their losses. No problem here.

Yes, and before they go on that run to the Cup, the Flyers make a trade deadline deal which gets a lottery-bound team to part with their first round pick in exchange for Lecavalier with the Flyers absorbing zero salary. The acquired pick is then the lottery winner. The defending Stanley Cup champion Flyers draft Auston Matthews - bmeltzer

Dave Isaac just wrote an article which stated these were the following pairs at the skate today in NJ:
Streit-Schultz
MDZ-Manning
Medvedev-Gudas
I assume this means MacDonald and Schenn skated together, but it appears they are scratched tonight. Interesting. Not sure if this means anything in the big picture, but I guess we will see what the weekend brings.

Manning has been the best out of the bottom-pair bunch so far, for sure. Glad to see him getting a shot at an elevated role. Also interested to see what Gudas looks like alongside a half-decent partner.

So, as far as I know, MacDonald isn't injured. But he isn't in for the final preseason game? The game where you want to ice your NHL ready roster or close to it? Huh. Either they think the best lineup is without him or they think he's done so well this preseason that they just want to give someone else a look......it has to be the latter, right?

They know what they have in him and L schenn. I think Manning and gudas are both given opportunities with strong partners to show case why they belong.

I don't think AMac needs any more preseason. He is what he is.
