Just saw the highlight on the Oilers first goal.
Like what the hell was Sbisa doing on that play???
He literally has no idea what he is doing in his own zone. |

How can he play zero games? - Scooby_Doo
He gets sent to the AHL tomorrow and doesn't get called up again? He trips over his suitcase and ruptures a disk in his back and goes on LTIR, gets replaced by someone else. He gets traded to another team for a more established prospect who then also gets traded with another player for a possession black hole player who gets signed to an expensive long term contract extension? There are probably a few more ways he plays zero games... |

(frank) off dude. Baerstchi looks good. The trade is done, stop coming here and putting him down. You are (frank)ing trolling and will be banned if you keep it up. - Scooby_Doo
who's trolling?
I was just saying I think Virt fits in more at the moment, and out of the young guys out there now I don't think Baertschi is one of the ones that did look that good.
Nothing to do with the trade. Just not seeing him any better this year then before.
Rather see a line of horvat/Virt banging away and making other teams skate this year. But you're pretty numb from watching the Sedins pass the puck around I guess, so get your apprehension. |

Send Virtanen Back to Junior and Let him get first line minutes as he didn't have them last year.
The Hitmen should be good team this year.

it was funny with Hutton telling where Sbisa should go..and I like Sbisa
on another note McCann is not quite ready , Vey plays a better pro game right now and instead of risking a waiver claim we should sent him to jr to dominate and basically guarantee him a spot next year.
Virtanen when all else fails can go up and down and hit people, which is not in McCann's bag of tricks.
losing players to waivers goes against the building up of depth that has been undertaken, patience and not whimsical choices are more prudent right now IMO |

and for being weird ...THIS is HOCKEYBUZZ ! pot and kettle me thinks
i'll give you that i am a fan who CHOOSES to believe and HOPE rather then fall for the doom and gloom that so many on here subscribe to, we get in the playoffs we have a chance to win , Simple!! our team can come together and rise above the challenges we face, but only if FANS believe! hold on to hope , believe we WILL win and there is a chance !
when Roger raised the flag we were beat and yet we rallied, it is the determined underdog mentality that will help us overcome. |

I kind of think baertschi would be a good fit on the sedins line. Seems like he'd fit well on their cycle. But that line would get pushed around a lot. - numbear

John Abbott is awful. I used to like getting in my car and listening to the game, can't do it anymore. I'd rather listen to Taylor swift or imaging dragons over listening to him call a game. |

Speed did not appear to be a factor in the crash, which took place around 6 a.m., said Couture.
“(Kassian) was all bloodied up and stuff. He was in a daze,” said Steve Petrenko, a resident on the street where the accident took place. He described the man as a big guy, who he thought looked familiar.
“He had a hard time walking, and he almost took a fall,” Petrenko told the Montreal Gazette.
The witness says the man was brought into the lobby of his residential building. He was asked by paramedics if he knew where he was, to which he replied “Quebec,” said Petrenko.
When asked his name, Petrenko said the man responded “Zack Kassian.”
