I guess if the Habs release Kassian then we can finally determine Buffalo won the trade |

Scrivens on Waivers - VANTEL
Watch the islanders pick him up and he wins the vezina. Yet over in the oilers thread its goaltending that is the problem. The defense is solid.
I'd love to get Talbot's thoughts on the matter |

and buy the way WTF is with getting banned for saying i was given beer and tickets to the Canucks??
bunch of wieners flagging me or something....i try not to insult or swear and this is how fellow canuck fans are? sad . very sad
with that said GO Canucks GO!! with whatever team we got ! Just win baby!! - onesmallleap
I would like to bring some clarity to your incorrect assumption regarding your "ban". You were not banned because you received beer and tickets to a game, (lucky you) you were given a timeout because you were drunk and incoherent in multiple posts. There are other people that enjoy reading and responding in this forum and you were being a major distraction.
No one flagged you, I was reading all on my own, and made the decision all on my own to give you a 4 hour timeout to sober up (maybe you missed my explanation in the message). So I hope this explanation has restored your faith in your fellow canuck fans...so please be conscience and considerate of your fellow HB posters and life will be good. |

lots of options, not sure who they want, or don't want, to put on waivers.
Will JB play it safe?
I like McCann in the lineup but think another year in junior could still help his development, hit the wights a bit more and try to get a bit heavier.
I am not sure if Hutton should stay or go to Utica. I like the way he plays. Very calming influence.

As a paying fan I would not waste a penny on going to See Higgins Vey Prust Vrbata ,
But I would go to a few games that featured Hutton JV Bo and McCann |

Cracknall and biega - Bieksa#3
Prolly the safest bets to not lose.
I know JB hasn't been getting much love with his moves of late, but I like the fact he wasn't happy with the playoff performance, lack of a physical push back, and went about addressing some of those needs.
I think we have too much money tied up in the 4th line. I could see JV replacing the physical game of Prust or Dorsett, but don't want to see JV fight anymore than is necessary to play his game.
Cracknall has been okay so far, willing to get in there and mix it up a bit.
Can't wait to get the season going and see who is in the lineup. |

Benning should move Vrbata. He looked a step behind playing with Bo and Sven. He is already complaing to the media about line mates. A unhappy Vrbata is non productive. See his tenure in TB |

That Torres hit looked like the hit the other game on Weber below the goal line.
Not the same amount of space up to the hit, but the point of contact where the player is bent over a little and the hit comes from the side/back, 4:30, to the shoulder. Don't think there is any head contact but there might be some whiplash. |

True. A bit of a gun for hire vibe, but I think he was looking for a fit coming here.
Was wondering if JB was saying extensions weren't likely in the off season for Hamhuis and Vrbata because he doesn't want to hurt Vrbata's feelings that he isn't in the plans and Hamhuis might be...
Vrbata comes across as a bit of a diva, but I think he is just focused on scoring.
The club was always lacking secondary scoring, too bad he came here so late in his career. |

Every game so far Hutton has been the most offensive D man , creating chances. he doesn't look out of place at all. He makes a few mistakes same as every other one of our Dmen this preseason . he has stood out most games.
MCann has scored in half the games he plays in , creates about 3-4 excellent scoring chances every game.
JV has the most hits on the team. Creates scoring chances and produces points.
People on here saying send them down need to give their head a shake. Their replacements are Linden Vey Chris Higgins and Weber. You seriously want to send them down to watch this crap for 82 games |

I honestly do see Vrbata as a diva. I don't think he will be near the productiveness as last year. I think his best has past as a Canuck |

Fair enough, but he's a hell of a lot more entertaining to watch than more than half the roster. Out of all the nice goals the Canucks scored last year, he had like every 2nd one. |
