Vrbata could be fine with those guys. But why not see what a full kid line can do. Put Vrbata back with the twins. Sutter with Hansen and Burrows or even Higgins later. Those could actually be three good lines and I bet that type of team could be the playoff team that Willie and Benning want.

Time will tell

The thing you fail to see is Sutter is a very decent player that can be used in many different roles and still score. If a Guy like McCann or Horvat pass him on the depth chart , it is a very good thing. He is still that same very decent player.

Who knew at the beginning of the summer that we would be having 5 kids ready to make the jump to the NHL. Sutter is still a solid move and I hope everyone of those kids pass him by

I finally got GCL so i will actually be able to watch a majority of the Nucks games this year. I Hope they put the kid line back together as I would love to actually watch them in action instead of just listen to TSN 1040

I would try this combo of the twins with Sutter for a few games. First of all the twins are not game ready yet IMO . They have been slow and invisible throughout the preseason, but if the experiment fails tonight we know who will get blamed. This is why I say let it roll for a few games to get use to each other, and get up to game speed. It also gives McCann a shot of playing with better players

Iain Macintyre and everyone else who thinks these kids (Jake & Jared) should be full time players this year are reactionaries and have know idea about building a solid hockey system. Give them the nine games and then send them off to rip up the CHL.

Iain is just bored he wants the fan base to be "excited", he is short-sited who's only real purpose would appear to be creating fanatical propaganda.

Ideally the Nucks develope a youth movement over the next two three years to move on from the Sedins period.
