Don't believe everything you see. Sure some of the lower end bargain bin hotdogs are floorscraps beaks snouts lips and bumholes but if you buy from a proper deli or butcher...they don't make 'em like the masses do. I buy from a European meatshop here in Red Deer and it's grade A stuff no chemicals added all done old school...not like jamming the whole pig into a grinder...
