I've done oatmeal before, but I can't really stand it unsweetened at all and even without sugar, it's got a lot more carbs than eggs do.

Back off....

Didn't say it wasn't, just that oatmeal has less cholesterol, helps maintain a low LDL. Reality is that it'd be best to have both as a regular breakfast option, they're kinda opposites in terms of benefits.

In reality, I probably should rotate each day. But like I said, I'm not a fan of unsweetened oatmeal so I tend to stay away because crazy amounts of sugar in the morning just sets you up to feel like you're starving all day.

I have eggs for breakfast pretty much every day, so I can't imagine putting one on my burger as well. That would be a lot of eggs in 1 day.
