yep, just saw it on fb and reposted.

sent to a friend of ours that has a picture/drawing in their bathroom of the different stools and which is preferred and diet to achieve the best...

we had a bathroom reno, bought nice kohler toilets, but the throne is kind of high and the wife (short) has a rubbermaid footstool to achieve a similar result... the squatty potty is nicely designed tho.
