Where are we at for contracts? I would think if we were taking on 2 contracts at least one should be going back. We do have 3 solid rw prospects, its a position of strength in our prospect pool. Wouldnt shock me if the defense was addressed from there, our first is off the table though. Im in no hurry to make any moves right now.

I think we are around 8-12 mill in cap space but from what I was told they want Lehner to be the starter so why give up a lot for a guy that might end up being a back up when Lehner comes back. Now things can change we all know how ankle injuries are and who know's how he is after 6-10 weeks. More info will come in soon.

you really over valuing the worth of your Tenders. Hiller is soon to be 34 UFA but a career .917s% goalie, Ramo is younger at 29 but a career .905% Hes not netting a 1st rounder or a quality prospect even if you put an respectable Dman in Russell (who is a UFA)

Why not? Lehner netted a first rounder and Hiller has certainly shown a helluva lot more than he has. Factoring a legit top 4 D man into the deal it'd certainly warrant a first rounder and or decent prospect.
