Buffalo also traded prospects and picks for talent.
Edmonton won't do this.

They are so worried about losing trades they are ignoring the fact they are losing games. We will see if it is a different story with a new gm.

I just watched the highlights again, Hutton was the only guy who was in position. It was Dorsett who was in no mans land.

Not sure we're watching the same highlights. Hutton = #27, right in front of the goalie screening the shot.

I couldn't say, the puck was almost never in the Anaheim end... The OT was pretty even and I thought the Canucks had the better chances even being short handed. I'm not sure how you can suggest that the goal was Hutton's fault, it was a point shot that went clean through.

Don't think it went clean through. It appears the puck grazed off Hutton before it went past Miller. Hutton appeared to give Miller a tap and said my bad.

It did graze off his skate, but Dorsett should have been up high covering the point and let Vatanen get a clear shot. It's not all Hutton's fault, but he should have tried to block it low and give Miller a chance to see it coming. Dorsett should have picked up his man.

I was thinking the same thing for McCann...

Anyone have a link for WD's post game comments? (sorry, it's on cdc latest videos section.)

If they are going to be useless after Xmas they should be on the Leafs then.
