Whats "wrong" is the thought they instill into our young brains, that it is an absolute must to go to college. Bachelor degrees are like GEDs now. I wasted 4 years and money at one of those higher education institutions ( although, the parties and memories were great). I now have an insanely good job, one i would have never even dreamed of, after just six months of training.

you are lucky if you got a good job.. the problem is not the thought that you have to get a college degree.. its that they don't get a degree worth a damn.

i don't give a crap that you have an african studies or business degree if you are going to be an inspector for me. i actually prefer the guys that didn't go to college and grew up in the country working on farms.

During an Economics final I had to excuse myself from the classroom due to bloody nose. Pulled an all nighter studying and needed a few boosts through the wee hours (and once you have a few that you need, you always have a few that you just plain enjoy).

referees should be held accountable for missing calls like that. He was right there and it was an obvious check form behind into the boards. Can't imagine why that wasn't a 5 minute major or at least a 2 min boarding call??
