Baerstchi makes the most sense to come out, however he is LW and may pose an issue having someone play off wing. |

Yeah, makes the most sense. Virtanen played both wings for the Hitmen. |

Didn't get to watch the game yesterday, did Baer make any obvious mistakes?
Was Burr promoted or Baer demoted?

The Kings biggest problem is the coach has worn out his welcome. Barking at your players can only last so long. Look for Sutter to have a big game against Uncle D. Great team game last night, look for Baerstchi to have a good game, his confidence is starting to come. Gonna be a physical game and the Kings will come out hungry, keep your heads up for the pyscho guy will be on the loose (Lucic) the future canuck. |

He has just been a little bit invisible. Similar to Vrbata, imo. Preseaon he was a little more engaged it seemed, after the puck, was even a tiny bit physical. He just isn't really noticed these days. |

I like Vrbata back with the twins, Sutter just not offensively gifted enough. Too bad Baerstchi or McCann could not play with the twins. |

If you noticed Baerstschi played a solid defensive game, I was impressed with his backchecking although not a physical guy. Give him time and play him as one big game and he could turn the corner for good. The skills are exceptional, just a mental issue called confidence. |

I just want to say thank you to Carol for providing a daily blog that really covers our Canucks. I really appreciate your contribution to HB. I am very happy to have Carol (Canucks) and Bill (Flyers) covering my team on this site. |

We are winning and it the team is playing like one. Hang in there with Sven and give him some time, his skills are exceptional. |

Baerstschi/Horvat/Vrbata - combined for 27 shots
Sed/Sed/Sutter - combined for 28
Those lines are fine as is IMHO. |
