there are so many things wrong with this:

1) i assume there arent many organizations that do this, who wouldnt want fans in the arena before a game starts??
2) as a season ticket holder who pays a poopload of money, i now have to wait on line to maybe stand bottled up in 1 section? no thanks!! ill show up 5 minutes before puck drop.
3) so if im fan #92, they just tell me to (frank) off and wait till the game starts? im sure thatll sit well.
4) how insulting is the "we've heard your requests" comment in the email? seriously, shut the (frank) up yormak; trying to play us all for fools. better to do nothing than this garbage.
5) these guys need to get their poop together quickly before they lose their opportunity to win people over

It's not access to the arena. It's access to the lower bowl. In other words, if you are a season ticket holder in their equivalent of the 300 level at First Niagara Center, you can only watch the pre-game skate in the lower bowl against the glass, if you have one of those tickets. If you have a ticket in the lower bowl, you can go there whenever you want. It's still kind of lame. I wouldn't pay extra money for that, and I do like to go down for warmups, but it's not that restrictive.

No but those who were going to go down for warmups are not because they dont have a ticket. So instead of having those people in your arena for an extra hour, they show up just for gametime instead.

Seems like a stupid way that is going to cost them more money (Concessions/merch) than it will make.

Sooooo apparently you need to have a ticket to watch an Isles pregame skate "in the bowl". Only 91 tickets are available per game. Fans are pissed.

Move to Brooklyn not going so well.
