The thing I noticed about Lucic last night is he is very slow. I think he was on his best behaviour last night in case JB still has thoughts. I know I was ringing the bell the longest on Bring in ML but seriously I would only do it if it was a three year deal 4 mil per max. I think any team spending north of 5 mil are going to regret it.

He still has some value but it wont last 4 years. If he took a hometown discount fine otherwise walk away. The game is getting too fast for him

Only 4 players without a point Vrbata, Sbisa, Virtanen & Weber. Weber & Virtanen have only played 1 game, so I'll give them a pass. The sad part about this is Vrbata leads the team in SOG.

Last night it was a "missed it by that much" night for him. He's a consistent goal scorer.....He'll get it sorted.............Then we'll trade him

I agree totally. I'd put up with his rage for the right price. There is talk of new contract salaries peeling back on higher paid players... a growing middle class if you will...

I hope like you, if Benning was as high on him he is getting a look of things to come and can reconsider how hard he will push for him this summer.

At 6 mil per for Lucic... I'd rather dig deeper and sign Kopitar to replace Hank. They would have to move Sutter...

Kopitar might be do able but can't see Stamkos being attainable here.

For the record, LA is only paying 3.25M of Lucic's salary, 2.75M was retained by the Bruins.
