you said it yourself, with luongo in net they only need a small margin lead to win. They're probably better on D than we are. Good young forwards as well.

They are a year or two ahead of us in terms of "rebuilding." Their really good young players are a bit more established than ours. It makes a difference.

Nice play.

The fact we've scored a couple against Luongo is impressive in itself. I think he's shut us out like four of his last six games against us. Granted those were some bad teams but still.

Not sure if it's been discussed here but I question why the foligno line was on with 2:30 left even if they did score a goal and why he's not using eichel on the PK. PK lost us the game, might as well get some sleep out there??

i like the pairing of Kane and Eichel.. they both are beasts out there. I just wish they would finish more. it would be nice if they had moulson or girgensons with them to park in front of the net.

Moulson on that line would be best IMO, Gionta slows them down. Put Gionta on the 3rd line with Skunk and fill in the blank. ROR-Girgs-Ennis line 1. I totally agree that Kane and Eich need a guy to park in front of the net becuase they are so fast and get to the puck and can get it in front.
