It's a pretty poopty situation to be in. It seems like we've been forced to vote for the lesser evil forever now. I really want to know what it's like to vote for someone you genuinely want in, and not just because it means someone else won't be.
I understand the arguments from people voting to keep conservatives in too (apart from one guy I ran into who went off on how Harper has our economy at #1 in the world). Most of them aren't under the illusion that the country is in good shape, they just feel Harper will do less damage moving forward.
Again, the fact that most people are basically voting (for whomever) based on who they think is going to screw up less, and not who's going to actually fix things is a sad set of circumstances.

My visa is a dividend card. I put everything I buy on it. But the first thing I do on pay day is pay that off. I actually make 3 or 4 hundred a year of my visa...as opposed to paying interest.
