He's letting the kid play sheltered minutes against weaker competition and focus on his physical game, instead of puck possession and offence. Seems a fine way to work the kid into it.

It's Virtanen's 2nd game. Are we really declaring him one of the team's best players and saying his ice time is insufficient? I'd recommend some patience. It's a tribute to him and the coaches that he's even here and not in junior right now.

Well KB3.0 you heard it from Scottie Upshall the fight between Dorsett and Bartuzzo gave the Canucks life. Fighting is a part of hockey the players don't want it gone. It plays too pivotal a role in the game. You may think it should be gone and plays no role but I and 98% of players will tell you it has its place.

Hutton is good yes....but you're being very short-sighted. Edler has been good for a long time. Hutton has been good for 4.5 games.
